This question will be discussed at the Europe Civil Security forum by Oleksandr Aliksiichuk, Member of Parliament Member of the Parliament of Ukraine and Head of the Subcommittee on Cooperation of Territorial Communities and Regions of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Public Authorities, Local Self-Government, Regional and Urban Development.
His speech will focus on international inter-municipal cooperation under martial law. Oleksandr Aliksiychuk will present an overview of the legal framework governing partnerships of Ukrainian territorial communities and regions with foreign municipalities and aspects of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with the EU law.
