One of the main values of our Association is people. The whole point of the Association’s existence is to, through building a strong, capable and self-sufficient European-style local government in Ukraine, provide each of its residents with public and utility services of the highest quality and thereby improve the comfort and quality of life of every citizen.
Even in the structure of our association, the highest level in its hierarchy is occupied by the members of our association.
Below the members of the Association in the hierarchy is the General Assembly (Congress of Delegates) of the Association, which the members of the Association entrust with making the most important and strategic decisions.
These decisions are implemented by the Association’s Chairman in collaboration with its elected Board and Council. To ensure the ongoing activities of the Association and its governing bodies, an Executive Committee has been assembled from the best experts in the industry, which is headed by the Executive Director.
Thus, the Association manages to realize another principle of its existence: people with people for people.
