To ensure the better development of the Association’s member hromadas, as well as experts from their self-government bodies, the Association carefully selects and collects a library of electronic publications on topics in the area of responsibility of local self-government.
This includes a variety of publications by the Association’s own experts, as well as a variety of training and educational publications under the Creative Commons licenses.
The genres of publications are not limited in any way – these include methodological recommendations, scientific and scientific-practical manuals, manuals for parents, clarifications and other legal documents of government bodies, and even tourist guides.
Everything that can help member hromadas of the Association become better, more efficient, more effective, and better meet the needs of their residents is collected here*.
