- in 1999 he graduated from the Kirovohrad State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vinnichenko, having obtained the qualification of a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature;
- in 2008 he graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration.
He is also a graduate of the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, the Aspen Institute, and Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy.
Married, raising a daughter and a son.
